Well, today I really did not want to go walk or hike. Nothing physical stopping me. It was simply a bit of a down day. Nothing serious, just kind of blah. It was one of those days where you would prefer to be alone and keep everyone at arm’s length. Maybe you don’t have those kinds of days? Dan Janal called and wanted to know if I wanted a walking buddy today. How could I say no? So, I met him at Bass Ponds Trail for a three mile hike and we had a great talk and kept the pace pleasant. By the time we were done with the three miles, my mood had changed and was recharged and ready to go. Do not trust how you feel on a daily basis. Trust the process and work your plan. And, remember to look for and appreciate the beauty that is often in plain sight. Buen Camino!
